Limiteds Market is an independent marketplace.

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation or the official Roblox marketplace.

• The platform facilitates transactions between users for Roblox limited items
• We do not act as a buyer or seller
• Trades occur directly between users through Roblox's trading system

We provide infrastructure, payment handling, and risk mitigation systems only.

By using the platform, you acknowledge:

• All transactions are conducted at your own risk
• We do not guarantee:
  • Successful trades
  • Trade timing or execution speed
  • Protection from Roblox enforcement actions

We are not responsible for:

• Roblox account bans, suspensions, or restrictions
• Trade failures caused by Roblox systems
• Loss of items due to external factors

To reduce fraud and protect users:

• Buyer funds are held for 72 hours after a trade is executed
• This corresponds to Roblox's trade holding system

During this period:

• Funds are locked and cannot be withdrawn
• This protects against trade reversals

After 72 hours:

• If the trade remains valid → funds are released to the seller
• If the trade is reversed → funds are returned to the buyer

We reserve the right to:

• Extend holding periods
• Freeze funds in cases of suspicious activity

• Funds deposited on the platform are intended solely for purchasing items
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn

By depositing funds, you acknowledge:

• You are purchasing platform credit for use within the marketplace
• Deposits are final and non-refundable

Only funds earned through the sale of items may be withdrawn.

Withdrawals are available via:

• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency

You acknowledge:

• Processing times may vary
• Fees may apply
• You are responsible for providing correct withdrawal details

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses
• PayPal account issues
• Third-party payment failures

• All completed trades are final
• Once a trade is executed:
  • It cannot be canceled through the platform
  • No refunds will be issued

Users are responsible for verifying all trade details before proceeding.

Any attempt to exploit payment systems, reverse transactions improperly, or abuse the platform may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Freezing or forfeiture of funds

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence

Sellers must:

• Maintain valid Roblox account connection
• Deliver items as described
• Not reverse or manipulate trades fraudulently

Violations may result in:

• Loss of funds
• Account termination

Users may not:

• Exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Use unauthorized automation or bots
• Engage in fraud or manipulation
• Attempt to bypass platform systems

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
• Freeze or seize funds in cases of fraud or abuse

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

The platform may be in development and may contain bugs or unexpected behavior.

Use at your own risk.

All disputes shall be resolved in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By using the platform, you agree to this jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
