  1. Let the market recover! Another sorry agent was given four chances! She was not intense and did not know what the flip she was doing to even close an umbrella! She finally got a real job, as she is to become a widow soon! She was sorry not to bring me a buyer nor to help develop it! She had no octane per Dave Ramsey! She was full of excuses and will not make the cut for an ELP! Few attorneys and realtors are actually any good according to Dave Ramsey!
