  3. I like the ideology behind some of these scripting lines. They're great inserts. I like the idea of implementing current economics in conversation that are easy to understand and I like learning them so it's fun to talk about the market in numbers to help the potential seller understand why selling could really enhance the livelihood of the family in mind.

  9. I will be starting at a new brokerage in 1 week..I will be a brand new agent so I decided to start reaching out to let my SOI know that I was now in the real estate industry. I used #4 with my house cleaner and she is connecting me with some of her other clients as well and was willing to share my information on her social media page and give out business cards for those who she has had conversations with regarding real estate
