  1. Hii Kevin I’m from South Africa. We do not have lists of expired listings the way you described and very few FSBO. All I can do is to ho thgrough out “MLS” which is Property24.co.za to find listings older than 60 or 90 days and thought to apprach those sellers as you would with exp listings. Makes sense?

  2. So happy I found you, Kevin. I have been on the fence about going into real estate for quite a while. One of the reasons is the talk about how real estate is changing, agents will become passe, the days of the six percent commission are over, watch out for OfferPad, Zillow, ad nauseum!!
