RERA explained for Real Estate Agents and Brokers in detail in Hindi. Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA) was partially notified in 2016 and came into full force on 1 May 2017 in India. In this video, I have explained how RERA will benefit Real Estate Brokers and Agents and what are their responsibilities as per this Act.

सभी Real Estate Agents और Brokers के लिए यहाँ RERA की व्याख्या हिंदी में की गयी है। Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA) के 52 sections 2016 में ही अधिसूचित कर दिए गए थे, लेकिन RERA 1 मई 2017 को पुरे भारत में लागु हुआ। इस वीडियो में मैंने एक्सप्लेन किया है की कैसे RERA Real Estate Agents और Brokers के लिए फ़ायदेमंय होगा और RERA Act के अनुसार Real Estate Agents और Brokers की क्या-क्या ज़िम्मेदारियाँ हैं।

  1. Sir, अगर buyer 10% से ज्यादा booking amount देना चाहे तो क्या वो दे सकता है?
    और क्या promoter 10% से ज्यादा demand कर सकता है?
