  1. Thanks for the video, I just have 1 question.  Is it possible to work with an agent in wholesaling ghetto houses to section 8 cash buyers?  If so, how can you make the deal win win for everybody?

  2. I do have a question I live in the state of Texas I talked to a Realtor to ask if they would Mentor. I was told that in the state of Texas to do any sales (wholesale, foreclosure, HUD, short sales, etc) that I needed to have a license. They only thing that I would be able to do is if it is a FSBO. I know you don't live in Texas any insight that you my have?

  3. Would you advise a teenager interested in RE investing to become an agent? I love the investment aspect of RE and I feel myself being pulled towards getting a License because it would allow me to pursue a career in RE. In the beginning I plan on focusing all of my time on being the best agent possible but eventually I plan to begin collecting my own rental property investments and fix or flips. Being an agent would allow me to gain knowledge and experience in RE as I work towards investing

  4. @cwuzing4deal – Thanks for your comment! I have always found it easier to work with Realtors. When you find a great deal and you are able to budget their commission, the profit you make will always be the same. More importantly, they free up your time so your able to focus on other areas of your business.
