  1. People feel awkward about eating under such circumstances. Most people feel that just by taking the food they've put a spotlight on themselves. Individually wrapped items might go over better if people can quickly grab one and shove it into a pocket; that way the focus isn't shifted onto them eating.

  2. I bring water, Assorted small bags of chips in a bowl, and a small variety of candy on a pretty crystal dish. Even if they don’t take any I have something to offer them. And I package it all up in a bag bring the same stuff out again the next open house. It works great.!!

  3. Oh yes you are correct thanks you have a great point. If I think it’s going to be a busy home I will take a partner and if we get a client we will do transaction together and spit 50 50

  4. Cookies arnt fresh youve got to bake about 45 min to one hour before to have the perfect aroma and put cookies in a fancy dish no one wants to eat out of a walmart container plus no napkins= non sanatary

  5. I think if the cookies were individually wrapped or put out a mini serving tong so people wouldn't worry about whos hands have been touching them before they got there, aleast thats what i would think (just a suggestion).

  6. I came across your channel and I'm glad I came across it. Some ppl rent furniture for open houses etc but I'm so glad to see that you kept yours simple and didn't spend too much money as some realtor do. I would of took like 10 of those chocolate chip cookies by the way. I think u did a great job and I hope u sold the house.

  7. Ok, so it might be the way I have been raised (right, wrong or indifferent) but I find it harder to trust someone that’s “very professionally dressed”. Not saying your wrong but man I’m in my pre licensing class and I love being casually dressed. You think this will effect business and my image with other agents? I’m all about jeans and a collar shirt lol… Yup…this is by biggest worry so far. I guess if I’m rocking it right out of the gates who cares what I dress like??

  8. Great video i would have grab sum cookies maybe if u bake them the smell will lure them or a cheese platter and or candy in case they bring children im thinking on becomming a agent nashville is BOOMING Hope u sold the house aswell ☺
