Estate Agents Tip: How to Make Millions in Real Estate | Phase 1: Winning System
I became financially free when I was only 26. I knew I love Math and I found my mentors in real estate. I didn’t get a job after college.
Now I want to share with you my winning system in simple terms:
For starters, buy single-family homes and then rent them out. Invest in those who belong below the median category which is mostly USD 220,000.
You want to look for those entry level, 3-bedroom with 1 bath to 4-bedroom with 2-baths. Then use the lease option.
So in short, look for your 1st 10 homes with these criteria and lease it to others. After that, place a sign on the front that says: “Rent to Own”. Then, include your phone number and expect calls from people who want to buy. Refresh your portfolio every 5 years.
The goal here is to make it double: 5 years later, take 20 homes, and so on.
