  1. If you’re watching this and you’ve not been to the crash course… SERIOUSLY get booked on!! These videos take on new life after you’ve had the training! FACT

  2. lease option agreement, when taking on the property from vendor, what if the property value hasn't increased at the end of the agreement period? another question say after the 3+years he wants to buy it then rent it out him self how does he afford a deposit for a mortgage on the property as he only earnt couple hundred pounds a month? also what if he doesn't have a tenant for a few months of the year your screwed? any help be appreciated of anyone.

  3. Completely understand but how would you cut out the agent? They're not going to give you the vendors contact details and they won't necessarily be living in the property themselves.

  5. Hi Samuel,

Would you consider doing another video aimed at a younger audience (around 17- 21 age) I know you have done one in the past, but i wondered if you had some new ideas and advice for those looking to get into property, but have not bought their first home yet? Would you advise buying properties to rent (how to buy with limited lump sum of money) now, or would you advise getting onto the property ladder first then build a portfolio, like my parents are advising me right now "the normal route"?

  6. If an estate agent introduces a buyer to the property via their marketing of the property, they will still be entitled to a fee from the vendor. irrespective of the buyer going direct to the vendor to express an interest.
