  1. Man I read rich dad poor dad in 2007, even rich women, but I decided to move to Spain and live European lifestyle and thought well I can’t do the rich dad thing cause I don’t want to live in the states, but anyway lived in Spain a while, moved back to US after economy dropped. Went in to education and it was the biggest mistake. Like even after 10 years you’ll only be making like 45-50K, which is TERRIBLE as a single person with debt. But anyway, I’m 34 and finally getting back to my real estate dream!!

  2. Thanks Graham for the advice. This video couldn’t have come as a better time as I am literally starting my first day as an agent in less than a month. Also, thanks to your friend for the awesome suggestions. I hope you guys can collaborate again on another video.

  3. Do you think there are realtors who could use an educated, dedicated 16 year old intern to handle some work for a little pay and the learning experience? Have you ever met someone who had an experience with this or would you yourself have taken on an intern when starting in real estate?
