  1. How do you overcome not having anything on your Zillow, trulia or realtor profile when clients google you? I’ve found that if you can’t display past success easily when clients search your name it’s very difficult to get a listing appt. the first thing 90% of people do is google my name and real estate. If no reviews or pay sales show they’re gone

  2. I love your character and how you explain things !!
I recently graduated from college and I have a traditional 8-5 job as an HR assistant/payroll clerk. I have weekends off and I want to invest into a side career. To me real estate seems like something I would be down to do as a part time job mostly since it’s a “you build your own times and workload” do you feel it’s something that is doable for someone in my position? I’m pretty sure I can do the studying and tests to get my license but I wanted to see if you suggest if as something that would be worth my time.

  3. Hi Loida and greetings from Cannes, South of France. Question for you please : how do you educate customers about respecting your private time and prevent them from calling at 11pm, on Sunday mornings at 7am, Christmas Eve, etc … ? After one year of hard work, my private time is becoming a mess 🙂 Thank you

  4. Just be honest. A new agent either needs a spouse or significant other supporting them, 10-15 grand put away or to live with their parents. This isn't selling cars where you can actually make a paycheck in your first month. I'm in it for the long haul and have no delusions about pulling 100k my first year. This is one of those jobs where you have to sow A LOT of seeds and be patient. Sure lightning can strike but dont count on it.

  5. Have you ever done a video about when you should stop contacting someone who has constantly said no? In other words if a potential client has said that he or she is not interested in your services at what point do you stop following up with them? Also if a potential client has clearly demonstrated that he or she is not interested in your services in no uncertain terms, is it advisable to stop contacting that person?

  6. Great advice! Something I'm learning now as a fairly new agent. I would get SOOOO excited when anyone would sign up on an ad or something, but it takes alot of nurturing to have a prospect become a client in most cases. Great points here! Don't count it until it closes.

  7. Hi Loida!
thank you again for your great videos!! i have a question. im having a hard time deciding on going in a team or going solo.
I believe that i can go solo and i know i can do it ! I love the idea of having full control of my career.
i also love the idea of the security of the team aspect and no desk fees.
Tomrow im going to meet with KW to start signing paper work but i hope you can give me the sign i need!!
    warm regards,
    alfredo

  8. I’m a brand new agent in Texas and I joined Keller Williams in January. I have no clients yet or anything and I keep watching videos and i honestly don’t have anyone that needs to move or sell. How should I start getting my name out there? Make calls to people around my area? How would I find names/numbers? I have no leads right now so I’m really discouraged and don’t know what to do. What do you think?
